Sin Fronteras has set up a Probono Network of Attorneys, which offers support to the vulnerable sector in Mexico by providing solutions to specific cases while also being a catalyst that promotes participation and public debate on the situation of foreigners in Mexico by filing legal actions aimed at solving the lawsuits and problems faced by international migrants and asylum seekers.

Foreigners in Mexico, especially the poorest sector of the population, experience generalized, systematic and structural human rights violations. They are criminalized and excluded.

Mexico is experiencing a humanitarian emergency, and at all stages of immigration (a) upon entry, (b) transit and (c) exit. Human rights of this social group are violated systematically. Immigrants are victims of serious crimes such as robbery, rape, fraud, extortion, human trafficking and homicide.

For this reason, it has become crucial to offer assistance to the international immigrant population, asylum seekers and refugees, as well as other actors with influence and participation in the justice system, such as lawyers, who with their experience and practice are willing to contribute to structural changes, by implementing public, governmental and legislative policies to prevent and eradicate the grave vulnerability to which immigrants and refugees are subjected in Mexico. The principles governing the work of the Probono Network of Attorneys of Sin Fronteras include the following:
